2. What We Don't Cover

The following situations are not eligible for refunds under this policy:

  • Harassment, spam, or malicious activities

2.2 Fraudulent or Bad Faith Requests

  • Providing false information during account registration or refund requests
  • Using payment methods flagged for fraud or chargebacks
  • Patterns suggesting temporary usage for specific events (e.g., sports events, TV show releases, travel)
  • Evidence of attempting to abuse refund policies across multiple VPN services
  • Coordinated refund requests from multiple accounts with similar patterns

2.3 Excessive Usage Patterns

  • Downloading exceptionally large amounts of data then immediately requesting refund
  • Usage patterns indicating commercial resale or account sharing
  • Automated or bot-like connection patterns
  • Attempting to use VPN infrastructure for prohibited business purposes
  • Clear evidence of using refund policy to obtain temporary free VPN access

2.4 Previous Refund History

  • Customers who have previously received refunds from SpiffyVPN (one refund per lifetime)
  • Accounts linked to previously refunded accounts (same household/payment method)
  • History of frequent subscription cancellations and refund requests with other services
  • Attempting to circumvent the "first-time customer" requirement through multiple identities

3. How to Request a Refund
